Аннотация: В статье поднимается вопрос о недостаточной изученности возможностей научной конференции как особой научно-педагогической среды и работы ее организационного комитета в целях развития профессионально-педагогических компетенций участвующих в ней преподавателей и аспирантов. Сосредоточенность имеющихся научных исследований на организационных аспектах проведения конференций и/или внедрении современных цифровых технологий заметно сужает развивающий и формирующий потенциалы конференции и не раскрывает ее дидактических резервов. Цель исследования заключается в выявлении дидактических возможностей в деятельности оргкомитета университетской научной конференции, ориентированной на повышение квалификации и развитие компетенций ее участников. Методологической основой исследования является системный подход, позволяющий выявить степень разработанности рассматриваемой проблемы в научной литературе, а также представить феномен «научная конференция» как единое, целостное явление, эффективность которого зависит от совместной работы членов оргкомитета и участников, ориентированной на повышение качества выступлений и публикуемых материалов. Научная новизна состоит в изучении работы организационного комитета конференции по созданию особой научно-педагогической среды, положительно влияющей на развитие профессионально-педагогических компетенций ее участников. Теоретическая значимость результатов исследования заключается во введении в педагогический тезаурус авторского определения научной конференции как особого события в жизни университета и дидактического феномена, характеризующегося целостностью, системностью и структурностью, а также в выявлении основных структурных элементов и функций научной конференции. Практическая значимость основывается на более чем 20-летнем опыте работы авторов исследования в качестве членов оргкомитета международной научно-практической конференции и реализованном эмпирическом исследовании, результаты которого свидетельствуют о наличии широкого потенциала научных и дидактических возможностей подобных научных мероприятий. Полученные в ходе исследования выводы убеждают в том, что благодаря грамотной организации общения между участниками конференции и оргкомитетом, рецензентами, редакторами создаются условия не только для обмена передовыми идеями, повышения качества представляемых к публикации рукописей и устных выступлений, но и развития профессионально-педагогических компетенций научно-педагогических работников за счет взаимодействия в особой научно-педагогической среде, комплексно влияющей на приобретение нового опыта, знаний и убеждений.

Abstract: The article raises the problem of insufficient knowledge of the possibilities of the scientific conference as a special scientific and educational environment and the work of its organizing committee to develop the professional and pedagogical competences of the participating teachers and graduate students. The concentration of available scientific research on the organizational aspects of conferences and/or the introduction of modern digital technologies significantly narrows the conference’s developing and formative potentials and does not reveal its didactic reserves. The purpose of the study is to identify didactic opportunities in the activities of the organizing committee of the university scientific conference, focused on professional and competence development of its participants. The methodological basis of the research is a systematic approach that allows us to identify the degree of the problem elaboration in the scientific literature, as well as to present the phenomenon of “scientific conference” as a single, integral phenomenon, the effectiveness of which depends on the joint efforts of the members of the organizing committee and participants, focused on improving the quality of reports and published materials. The scientific novelty consists in studying the work of the conference organizing committee on creating a special scientific and educational environment that positively influences the development of professional and pedagogical competences of its participants. The theoretical significance of the research results lies in the introduction into the pedagogical thesaurus of the authors’ definition of a scientific conference as a special event in the life of the university and a didactic phenomenon characterized by integrity, consistency and structurality, as well as the identification of the main structural elements and functions of the scientific conference. The practical significance is based on more than twenty years of experience of the authors of the study as members of the organizing committee of the international scientific and practical conference and the empirical research carried out, the results of which indicate the existence of a wide potential of scientific and didactic possibilities of such scientific events. The conclusions obtained during the research convince that thanks to the competent organization of communication between the conference participants and the organizing committee, reviewers, editors, conditions are created not only for the exchange of advanced ideas, improving the quality of manuscripts and oral presentations submitted for publication, but also for the development of professional and pedagogical competences of scientific and pedagogical staff through interaction in a special scientific and pedagogical environment that comprehensively influences the acquisition of new experience, knowledge and beliefs.
