Аннотация: В статье представлены результаты исследования факторов выбора профессии педагога учащимися психолого-педагогических классов. Актуальность исследования обусловлена кадровой проблемой в области педагогической деятельности и необходимостью сопровождения школьников на этапе профессионального выбора, чему способствует организация психолого-педагогических классов. В исследовании приняли участие 730 учащихся из 9 районов Хабаровского края в возрасте от 14 до 17 лет. Были выделены 3 группы: школьники, которые не хотят быть педагогами; те, которые рассматривают такую возможность; учащиеся психолого-педагогических классов. В статье дается анализ представлений учащихся о внутренних и внешних факторах, привлекающих и отталкивающих от педагогической деятельности. Обнаружено, что преимущественно привлекательными являются внутренние факторы – работа с детьми, занятие любимым предметом, реализация творческих способностей. Наиболее отталкиваемыми являются внешние факторы, связанные с условиями труда, которые вызывают высокое нервное напряжение, но не компенсируются материальным доходом. В статье приведен сравнительный анализ представлений школьников о профессионально значимых качествах педагогов и качествах, которые учащиеся считают выраженными у них самих. В целом обнаруживается совпадение образа «Я» и образа идеального педагога у обучающихся в психолого-педагогических классах. Исследование имплицитного образа педагога, педагогической деятельности и отношения к ней показало, что у учащихся психолого-педагогических классов положительное отношение к педагогу сочетается с отрицательным отношением к педагогической деятельности. Изучение факторов привлекательности профессии позволят привлечь к профессии педагога школьников, находящихся на этапе профессионального выбора.

Abstract: The article presents the results of a study of the factors of choosing the profession of a teacher by students of psychological and pedagogical classes. The relevance of the research is due to the personnel problem in the field of pedagogical activity and the need to accompany schoolchildren at the stage of professional choice, which is facilitated by the organization of psychological and pedagogical classes. The study involved 730 students from 9 districts of the Khabarovsk Territory aged from 14 to 17 years. 3 groups were identified: students who do not want to be teachers; those who are considering such an opportunity; students of psychological and pedagogical classes. The article provides an analysis of studentsэ perceptions of internal and external factors that attract and repel teaching activities. It was found that internal factors are predominantly attractive – working with children, studying a favorite subject, and realizing creative abilities. The most repulsive are external factors related to working conditions, which cause high nervous tension, but are not compensated by material income. The article presents a comparative analysis of schoolchildren’s ideas about the professionally significant qualities of teachers and the qualities that students consider to be expressed by themselves. In general, there is a coincidence between the image of the “I” and the image of the ideal teacher among students at the psychological and pedagogical classes. The study of the implicit image of the teacher, pedagogical activity and attitude towards it has shown that students of psychological and pedagogical classes have a positive attitude towards the teacher combined with a negative attitude towards pedagogical activity Studying the factors of attractiveness of the profession will make it possible to attract students who are at the stage of professional choice to the profession of a teacher.
